Infusionsoft is a monster CRM. An ever-improving, ever-challenging, ever-impressive marketing automation platform for the global small business owner. If you’re using Infusionsoft, you know what I mean.

Sometimes it’s not obvious when new features are added, even to longtime Keap (Infusionsoft) Certified Partners like us. That’s why we decided to bring you the latest NEW features in easy-to-read, bullet form.

New features you have now:

  • Remove from sequence option in Add To Sequence process: Released 9/3

    • Add date intervals to the E-Commerce All Sales Report.
    • Use business days only for Delay Timers.
    • Display merchant account IDs in Ecomm setup and reports that include merchant accounts.

Coming really, really soon:

  • Social media contact record and merge fields:Releasing 9/17

More social account fields in the contact record, adding Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Youtube. These fields can be accessed via merge fields throughout the app.

  • UI update: Interactive View and My Day:Releasing 9/24
